Scott Mosher-Ramirez, CPFS, NCPRSS, IARCP (He/They)
Founder & Executive Director
Scott holds an associate degree in psychology as well as being a State, National, and Internationally Certified Peer Recovery Coach. He is a certified peer recovery supervisor and a NAADAC and APA member. Scott is pursuing his bachelor's in human services, emphasizing SUD counseling. He uses his vast knowledge of the criminal justice system to help those from incarceration live their best life after coming home. He advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community and for the homeless and justice population. He uses his journey to inspire and bring hope to others. Scott founded Purple Mountain Recovery INC to bring hope to those in need and fill the void in the recovery world for the LGBTQIA+ community. Scott believes in using his own life experiences to meet people where they are as well as guide them on their journeys. Scott believes that a person is in recovery when they say they are.

Corbin Ramirez (He/Him)
Co-Founder, COO
Corbin is the Co-Founder and COO of Purple Mountain Recovery. Corbin is a certified peer coach and supervisor. He is an advocate for the LGBTQIA2+ community especially with Veterans and Veterans that have experienced MST. Corbin uses his life experience in helping people in the community overcome their past and realize they are not their addiction or mental health diagnosis. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his animals, hiking, spending time with his husband, and friends.

AREAS OF CLINICAL INTEREST IN NEUROLOGY
General neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, acute and hyper stroke management, stroke education, movement disorders, epilepsy, migraines, Botox, sleep disorders, spasticity, neurodegenerative disorders, and concussions.
Dr. Wagner is a wonderful, dedicated mother who enjoys spending time outside running, hiking, and skiing. She loves spending time with her family, and they are thrilled to be living in Colorado.

Blakely Hunze-Austin, MA, LPC (She/Her)
Clinical Director
Licensed Professional Counselor and Tennessee. She is an Approved Clinical Supervisor for Colorado. She received her master’s degree at Lipscomb University in 2019. She specializes in Sex Therapy. Addiction, LGBTQIA+, Transgender, Trauma, PTSD, and Dual Diagnosis therapy amongst others. She is an LGBTQIA2+ Ally. Some of her treatment approaches include EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused, and Sensate Focus. In Blakely’s own words “Let us be honest therapy is uncomfortable! There is no getting around that squirmy “I can’t believe I have to tell this stranger my problems” feeling. The only way to make progress is to move through those feelings. I am here to be by your side and guide you through the numerous emotions that come up in session. I admire my clients for their ability to face the challenges of therapy with veracity, strength, and sometimes humor. I am here to make the therapy process marginally less uncomfortable by providing a safe, non-judgmental space.

Sparkle Lindsay, MA, CPFS, RCPF, IARCP (She/Her)
Master Trainer
Purple Mountain Recovery’s Master trainer for the Purple Mountain Recovery Peer Coach Academy and an unlicensed master’s level counselor. Sparkle received her master's of science in psychology from Grand Canyon University. She is a nationally certified CCAR trainer and keynote speaker. Sparkle brings her vast experience in not only the peer realm but also the recovery realm to help others in being their best possible self. Sparkle believes you are in recovery when you say you are. She is an advocate for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ community as well as an advocate for stopping the stigma of SUD and Mental Health. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her partner, traveling, and experiencing life

Kris Edman, MA, LMFT, PHD Candidate (She/Her)

Nicole Cosgrove, CPFS
Regional Peer Support Supervisor
Nicki is a state-certified peer coach and certified peer supervisor. Nicki has been in the recovery field as both an addict and a woman in recovery for over 30 years. Nicki has been in recovery for 17 of those years. Through her journey to get and stay clean, Nicki has found that you cannot do any of this alone. Nicki loves being an advocate for those who need help finding their voice and finding the life they want. Nicki believes everybody deserves to have someone fighting with them and for them, and she loves being that person

Izzy Pogar, BA
Counselor
As a counselor at Purple Mountain Recovery, I provide compassionate and evidence-based counseling services grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique paths to positive wellbeing.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in dance, I’m particularly passionate about exploring the healing power of movement to address addictions rooted in trauma. Outside of my role here, I enjoy hiking, vintage music, film, media, and performance art—interests that inspire my holistic approach to recovery.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their recovery journeys and am continually empowered by the supportive culture at Purple Mountain Recovery. Together, we work not only toward personal healing but also toward fostering a community dedicated to transformative growth and resilience.

Fletcher Austin is an Experienced Case Manager who is a driven healthcare advocate with a history of Business Development and Discharge Planning in the mental health/SUD industry. Skilled in Sales, Client Services, Data Analysis, and Team Building with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University.

Beyonca Deleon (Sher/Her)

Beyonca is a certified peer coach who believes in meeting people where they are in their journey to walk alongside them. Beyonca is a fierce advocate for the Transgender community as well as the LGBTQIA2+ community. Beyonca uses her lived experience as a Transgender Woman to help others in the community face adversity and learn how to overcome them. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, creating flower arrangements, and empowering Transgender Women.

Annette Marquez, BA (She/Her)

Annette holds a double Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado Technical University in Business Management and Human Resources Management. She also possesses an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Technologies from Pikes Peak Community College and is a licensed Registered Medical Assistant through DORA.
With over 20 years of patient care experience, Annette has excelled in various roles, including CNA, Home Health Care, Hospice, Mental Health, and Internal Medicine. In addition, she has accumulated 7 years of experience in corrections.
Annette currently serves as the Sober Living Director for Fremont County. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and effective environment for those on their journey to recovery.

A.J. believes if you can get to a person when they are young you can help walk alongside them to overcome addiction and mental health before it gets worse. A.J. is an advocate for the LGBTQIA2+ community especially the transgender community. A.J. believes in using his life experience to help young people see that there is life after addiction

River is passionate about supporting people on their unique journeys towards safety and wellbeing and is excited to join the Purple Mountain Recovery team. River is dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA2S+ people who are incarcerated by facilitating pen pal relationships and community organizing and education. Additionally, River has worked in the field of domestic violence, and is passionate about helping people access safety and community support. River believes in client-driven work and affirming each person's unique reality and experiences. In their free time, River enjoys making art, going on hikes with their dog Dewey, reading, spending time with friends, and writing letters.

Justin Johnson, QMAP

Justin brings his vast organizational skills to Purple Mountain Recovery to move forward the organization. He plays a crucial role as Purple Mountain Recovery’s Office Manager training and supervising administration staff and assisting the Executive Director in the day-to-day operations. He is an advocate for the LGBTQIA2+ community and believes that people are not their addiction. Justin believes in meeting people where they are at and comes at it with a non-judgmental approach. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, and partner.

Ashley Parra

Ashely is Purple Mountain Recovery’s Intake Specialist. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Ashely is pursuing her dreams of becoming a massage therapist and is in school full-time and working for Purple Mountain Recovery. In her own words “I believe in empowering people and abetting everyone I meet. The most powerful way to connect to another person is just to listen!” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and partner.
